Usually, when I work on my Smash 4 Newcomer Challenge pics of a certain character, I need some song that I can listen to that mayhaps relate to the subject character one way or another so I can focus on working with that Smasher for a long period of time.
And in Shulk's case, I clicked this song and somehow I blew ideas regarding his situation with Smash in it-- somehow.

More so, this is a subject regrading the leaks in Smash. In some strange way, I connected some parts of the lyrics to this bizarre song with getting caught with in leaks, being a leak, and then going along with the rest of our Smashing even with these leaks. And with that, the one guy that I found the longest lasting leak would be his sick fella here.
Besides the fact that I'm just imitating the original song PV, we can think about Shulk being sick as coming with getting caught as a leak.
(I also just thought it could work as him being sick of the stress of being labelled as such prior to his proper reveal.)

Other than that, I thought it could try to just draw Shulk again. It's only this once, so don't worry about any splurges this time. ( ' 3');
(He was supposed to look more "cute", but then I decided later to match the grumpy Miku instead.)
