The Late Early Bird

Okay-okey~ Before anyone says anything else... Shhh....
_{I wish, please, not to hear anymore about the leak we're all probably aware of now. I know about it, I've seen it, I have eaten it.
But I don't want to be pushed about regarding it, yeah? It's enough stress on me as hearing certain people yell at people who aren't other people.}

Now then, Shulk ol'boy. I am one of the many who have never played Xenoblade, but I am in the case of the non-connected predecessors, Xenogears and Xenosaga. And after a while, I still looked up this guy and grew to be okay with him being here-- even if Chrom's blocked out, I can be totally fine with Shulk as well. Plus, for some odd reason, I find myself being more easily open to the new-new faces of the Newcomers-- you know, the ones I didn't know too well prior to Smash 4. And Mega counts since I didn't know that incarnation too well before Smash too.

With that, it was really strange to watch myself grow more-n-more sad to hear Smash stuff come up on my Message Lists as the later newcomers rolled in, something I really try not to have happen. Even so, I did my best to get a hold of some hands I'm comfortable working with once the game's out. So now, Shulk will definitely be one of them-- and I'll ask that we please don't chuck flaming bottles around because my little head said he's okay.
(Your opinions are respected, duh~! So be considerate with me, too?)

I could really speak more bitterly, but that's not my character to do so-- we really need more positive clouds around, so I'll do my best there. *pheeew*

As for this drawing, I'm pretty satisfied and happy how it turned out. Form's good, face fine, hair was tricky but manged to catch it-- and those pre-curious study-sketches did help a lot. I have to say, Shulk here is one of my better Newcomer Challenge drawings in a while, I feel bad that I other ones have issues here-n-there even when I put effort into them.

Oh mang~ I really don't feel good making Smash sound so sour, bwehehe... I apologize for my probably negative-tone!

So I'll just end this nicely by saying, I welcome Shulk as I do just about anyone and I look forward to teaming with him.
